The Caravan and Motorhome Club is processing your personal data for the purpose of administering your Christmas raffle ticket purchase.  If you would like to know more about how we process personal data, please visit our Worker Privacy Policy.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Tickets are £1 each and you can purchase up to a maximum of 50 tickets per person (totalling £50).
  2. Please note, your collective purchases must not go over the maximum limit.  If you spend over £50 the additional tickets will not go into the draw and you will be refunded the additional money (minus any PayPal charges) so please do not purchase over the limit!
  3. Friends and family are unable to purchase tickets on your behalf as the account has to be in your name.
  4. You don’t have to purchase all of your tickets at the same time, although, we would encourage you to limit the number of transactions that you make. PayPal charges a small fee to the Club for every transaction made meaning less money in the raffle pot to buy prizes. 
  5. Once you have purchased tickets, your confirmation email will come through from [email protected] and not a CAMC email address.
  6.   7. In order to administer the purchase of your raffle ticket(s), the following personal data may be captured; first name, last name, country/region, street address, town/city, postcode, phone, email address and PayPal email address or mobile number login.
  8. Payments will be accepted and processed via PayPal.  If you would like to know more about how PayPal will process your personal data, please see their Privacy Policy.
  9. Once raffle tickets are purchased, a list of first names and surnames, along with the corresponding raffle ticket number(s) will be published on a Club Google Drive and shared company wide, via the Club’s internal email distribution list. This will be done after ticket sales close on 12th December 2025.
  10. Winners will be randomly selected and first names and surnames will be called out during the draw on a video conferencing call and later published company wide, via the Club’s internal email distribution list.
  11. Ticket sales will close on Friday 12th December 2025 at 12pm and the announcement of winners will take place on Tuesday 16th December 2025 at 4pm via Zoom.
  12. Internally processed personal data by the Club to process raffle ticket entries will be deleted by the Club by the end of January 2026.
